Turning – Our turning capabilities include custom parts and full production runs.

| With 18 machines available from small horizontal to big vertical lathes machines (VTL’s); we are equipped to meet any production runs and on timely manner. Conventional machines are efficient to rough square rings or forged parts and to remove the scaly material from heat treated parts. CNC machines are ideal and efficient to do contour parts (i.e. groove, spiral threads, etc.) to semi-finish or finish. | We are able to turn (swing) up to 80 inches in diameter with a height of 46 inches. Maximum weight of part can be up to 12,000 lbs. |
